1. 메시지 알림창 - UIAlertController

앱 내에서 사용자에게 메시지를 전달하는 대표적인경우

1. 메시지창 (알림창)
   • 앱이 실행 중일때만 동작한다. - 이것을 보완하기 위해 로컬, 서버 알림이 생겼다.
2. 로컬 알림 (Local notification)
   • 서버 알림과 메커니즘은 비슷하지만, 출처는 다르다.
   • 처음에 앱을 제작할 때 앱 내부의 코드에 의해 동작하는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 상황에 따라서 동적으로 반응하지 못한다.
3. 서버 알림 (Server notification)
   • 별도의 서버가 필요하다.
   • APNs(Apple Push Notification Service)라는 애플의 메시징시스템에게 보낸 메시지가 네트워크를 통해 전달되는 방식이다.
   • 발송을 위해서는 별도의 인증서 혹은 인증토큰이 필요하다.
   • 사용하기 까다롭기 때문에 기업 서비스에서 주로 이용된다.

Provider : 메시지 전달자(공급자), 주로 3rd Party Server에서 수행된다.

iOS에서는 ViewController의 일종인 UIAlertController를 통해 메시지창을 구현한다. iOS 8.0 이후에 등장했다. (UIAlertView는 iOS 8.0 버전 이전에 사용하던 객체이므로 현재는 사용되지 않는다.)

메시지창의 종류

1. 알림창 (Alrert) - Modal 방식
   • 경고가 필요한 경우
   • 취소할 기회를 제공해야 하는 경우
   • 중요 정보 표시
2. 액션 시트 (Action Sheet)
   • 선택해야할 목록이 여러 개일 경우
   • 새로운 작업 창을 여는 경우

모달(Modal)

결정적인 차이는 모달(Modal) 여부이다.

모달이란 창이 닫히기 전에는 해당 창의 영역을 제외한 나머지 부분은 반응할 수 없도록 잠기는 것을 의미하게된다. 액션 시트 같은경우에는, 액션시트가 아닌 다른 부분을 터치하게 되면 액신 시트창이 닫히게 된다.

비동기 (Asynchronize) 방식

알림창 이외의 부분을 터치해도 반응이 없다는 것은, 앱의 실행이 중지되었다는 뜻과는 다르다. 알림창은 비동기방식으로 실행된다. 비동기 방식은 기존의 실행 흐름을 방해하지 않는 선에서 새로운 실행흐름을 만들어 내는 것을 의미한다. 즉, 알림창이 떠있어도 앱의 코드들은 계속 실행되고있다.

1 - (1) UIAlertController

메시지 창은UIAlertController UIAlertAction 두가지가 사용된다. UIAlertController가 윈도우(메시지 창 자체)를 구현하게 되고, UIAlertAction은 메시지 창 내부에 들어갈 버튼을 구현하게 된다.

UIAlertAction.Style

알림창 버튼의 스타일이다. 총 3가지가 있다.

UIAlertAction의 파라미터 handler

버튼이 클릭 되었을때 실행할 메소드를 지정한다. 함수나 클로저를 넣어주면 된다. 이때 버튼객체에 대한 참조정보도 인자값으로 전달되기 때문에 함수를 사용할 때는 UIAlertAction타입의 인자값 하나를 입력받는 형식으로 정의해야한다.

클로저를 사용할때는 매개변수는 언더바로 대신할 수 있다.

열거형 축약

열거형의 경우는 축약하여 사용할 수 있다.

preferredStyle: UIAlertcontroller.Style.alert 부분을 .alert로 적어도 컴팡일러는 인식할 수 있다.

입력 필드를 가진 메시지창

메시지 창을 통해 사용자의 입력을 받을 수도 있다. (Appstore login창이 대표적이다) 구현 방법은UIAlertController 객체에 텍스트 필드를 추가해 주면 된다. <alert 인스턴스>.addTextField(configurationHadnelr:)메소드를 사용하면 된다.

• 메시지창의 텍스트 필드는 .textField속성을 통해 참조 할 수 있다.
• textField는 여러개가 될 수 있으므로, 배열로 이루어져 있다. (첫번째 텍스트 필드를 참조하려면 인덱스 0번)
• 텍스트 필드의 속성에 추가할 설정이 없다면, alert.addTextField()를 사용해도 된다.

Local 알림

로컬 알림은 앱 내부의 메시지를 iOS 알림 센터를 통해 전달하는 방법이다. 앱이 종료되거나, 백그라운드 상태일 때도 전달할 수 있다.

로컬 알림은 iOS스케줄러에 의해 발송되는데, 메시지 내용과 발송 시간을 iOS스케줄러에 등록해놓으면 해당 시각에 맞추어 발송된다. 앱이 실행중이라면, 알림창을 이용하는게 효율적이고, 그렇지 않다면 로컬알림을 이용하는게 효율적이다.

iOS 10 이전에는 UILocalNotification객체 에서 로컬 알림을 처리했지만, 최근에는 UserNotification 프레임워크를 사용한다.

UserNotification 프레임워크를 이용한 로컬 알림

UserNotification은 알람을 위한 여러가지 객체들을 포함한 프레임워크이다. 여기에 속한 여러가지 알림처리와 관련된 객체들은 UN으로 시작하는 접두어를 가진다. 프레임워크이기 때문에 사용하기 위해서는 import UserNotification을 해주어야한다.

UserNotification의 주요객체들

1. UNMutableNotificationContent
   • 알림에 필요한 메시지와 같은 기본 속성들을 담는 콘텐츠역할을 한다.
   • 앱 아이콘의 배지, 사운드 설정도 이 객체를 통해서 한다.
2. UNTimeIntervalNotificationTrigger
   • 알림의 발송 조건을 관리하는 객체이다.
   • 알림 발송 시간, 반복 여부 등을 Date()타입 혹은 UNTimeIntervalNotificationTrigger을 사용하여 설정할 수 있다.
3. UNNotificationRequest
   • 1, 2번의 객체들을 통해서 알림에 필요한 속성들을 갖추고, 1,2번을 인자값으로 받아 이 클래스를 초기화할 수 있다. 그리고, 그 결과로 알림 요청 객체가 생성된다.
4. UNUserNotificationCenter
   • 실제 발송을 담당하는 알림센터이다.
   • 이 객체는 싱글톤 방식으로 동작하므로, 인스턴스를 따로 생성할 수 없다.
   • current()를 통해서 참조 정보만 가져 올 수 있다.

실습(코드)

앱을 백그라운드로 옮겼을때 로컬 알림이 발생하는 간단한 예제이다. 로컬알림을 사용하는 방법을 다시한번 순서대로 기억해보면,

1. 사용자로부터 알림 허용을 승락받기.
2. UIMutableNotificationContent클래스를 사용하여 알림 콘텐츠 객체를 생성한다.
3. 앱 아이콘 badge를 1로 설정
4. TItle, subtitle 입력
5. 알림 메시지 설정
6. 사운드 설정 (UNNotificationSound)
7. UNTimeIntervalNotificationTrigger 클래스를 초기화하여, 알림 발송 조건을 지정한 객체 생성하기. (시간설정과 반복여부를 인자로 받는다.)
8. UNNotificationRequest클래스를 초기화하여 알림 요청 객체 생성하기. 객체 아이디도 설정한다. 객체 아이디는 사용자가 어느 알림 메시지를 클릭했는지 식별할때 사용되며, 나머지 인자값으로 알림 콘텐츠와 알림 발송 조건 객체가 사용된다.
9. 생성된 알림 요청 객체를 노티피케이션 센터에 추가한다. 노티피케이션 센터는 iOS의 스케줄링 센터에 이 값을 등록하고, 발송하게 된다.

if #available()구문은 iOS버전 별로 실행 로직을 나누기 위함이다.

requestAuthorization()메소드를 통하여 사용자에게 알림 설정에 대한 동의를 받을 수 있다. options인자는 알림 메시지를 구성할 요소들이다.(알림창, 배지, 사운드)

두번째 인자는 클로저이다. 첫번째 매개변수인 didAllow는 사용자의 동의 여부가 BOOL값으로 들어오고, 두번째 매개변수인 e는 오류 발생시에 사용되는 오류 객체 타입이다.

sceneWillResignActive(_:)

앱이 백그라운드에 들어갔을 때 호출되는 메소드이다. iOS13 이전에는 AppDelegate에 applicationWillResignActive(_:)에 정의되어 있었으나, iOS13 이후 생명주기 이벤트 전달방식이 변경되어서 SceneDelegate의 sceneWillResignActive(_:)메소드를 사용하면 된다.

받은알림 처리하기

사용자가 알림을 받고, 이를 터치했을때 별도의 액션이 필요한 경우가 있다. UserNotification프레임워크에서는 이를 델리게이트 패턴으로 처리할 수 있도록 지원한다. 위의 코드에서 백그라운드로 이동하고 5초뒤에 알람을 울리도록 코드를 짰다. 이 알람 메시지를 클릭했을때 감지하는 방법은

AppDelegate 클래스 정의부분에 UNUserNotificationCenterDelegate프로토콜을 추가한다.
